As a Fire Safety Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing fire safety protocols, conducting regular safety audits, and ensuring compliance with Indonesian fire safety regulations. You'll work closely with the ISS Global team to identify and mitigate fire risks, and you'll have the opportunity to use industry-standard tools like SAP Fire Safety and Fire Alarm System.

In this role, you'll be a Workplace Safety & Health Officer, responsible for promoting a safe and healthy work environment. You'll conduct risk assessments, develop and implement safety programs, and provide training to employees. You'll also ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations and standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement fire safety protocols and emergency response plans.
• Conduct regular fire safety audits and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian fire safety regulations and standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop and implement safety programs.
• Provide training to employees on workplace safety and health.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations and standards.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs.
• Collaborate with the ISS Global team to identify and mitigate fire risks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fire Safety, Safety Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fire safety management and workplace safety and health.
• Certification in Fire Safety Management (e.g., Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS) or Certified Safety Professional (CSP)).
• Certification in Workplace Safety and Health (e.g., Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Professional).
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian fire safety regulations and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations.
• Experience using industry-standard tools like SAP Fire Safety and Fire Alarm System.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
