📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily greenhouse operations, including crop monitoring and maintenance.
• Implement and monitor pest control and disease management strategies.

• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
• Coordinate with the team to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in greenhouse management or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.
• Certification in sustainable agriculture practices or related certifications.
• Proficient in using greenhouse management software such as Greenhouse Pro or similar.
• Strong knowledge of crop science, plant physiology, and pest management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
