📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring smooth running of the store.,Manage and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control to minimize losses and maximize sales.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner.,Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Store Manager and other relevant stakeholders.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the store meets its sales and service targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management position.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and sales techniques.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer trends is a plus.
