Star Life Unggul is looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Pekanbaru. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.,Oversee staff scheduling and performance, ensuring high levels of customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Implement and maintain store policies and procedures.,Conduct regular sales analysis and report to the Store Manager.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software.,Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
