📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance.,Provide technical support to employees, including hardware and software issues.,Manage user accounts and access permissions.,Backup and restore data as needed.,Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.,Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems.,Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Familiarity with Windows Server and Active Directory.,Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.,Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).,Basic scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
