📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the delivery fleet, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure adherence to delivery schedules and routes.
• Monitor delivery performance and provide feedback to drivers for continuous improvement.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Utilize logistics management tools such as Google Maps, Waze, and our proprietary system to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of delivery performance and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure seamless integration of delivery operations with warehouse and inventory management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and delivery operations.
• Proven experience in managing a delivery fleet and ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Strong knowledge of logistics management tools such as Google Maps, Waze, and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with the logistics and delivery operations in Bali is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
