As a Cook Helper, you'll be the backbone of our kitchen, working closely with our Head Chef to prepare and cook a variety of dishes, from starters to main courses and desserts. You'll be using our state-of-the-art kitchen equipment, including our commercial ovens, grills, and smokers, to create dishes that are not only delicious but also visually appealing. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, from starters to main courses and desserts.
• Use commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, and smokers, to create dishes that are delicious and visually appealing.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure the health and safety of our customers.
• Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking ingredients.
• Learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques to keep our menu fresh and exciting.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that our customers have a positive dining experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
• Familiarity with using commercial kitchen equipment is a plus.
