📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system.
  • Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs.
  • Provide support in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the analysis of recruitment metrics and data.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
  • Proven ability to work in a team and independently.
