📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to meet departmental and organizational goals.,Conduct job analysis and job descriptions to ensure accurate and comprehensive job postings.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.,Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, to assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to provide feedback on candidates and assist in the decision-making process.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure efficient and organized recruitment processes.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the recruitment process.,Provide support in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
