📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring high standards of food and service quality.,Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain a well-trained and motivated team.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain food safety and quality.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Participate in the development of the restaurant's menu and ensure it meets customer preferences and trends.,Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets for the restaurant.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage a team and motivate staff.,Knowledge of inventory management and food cost control.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Experience in marketing and customer relationship management is a plus.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
