Sumber Dian Tea is seeking a Distribution Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the distribution of our tea products to various retail outlets and customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution of tea products to retail outlets and customers.,Develop and maintain relationships with retail partners and customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products.,Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve distribution efficiency.,Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support distribution goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.,Provide excellent customer service and support to retail partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or sales roles in the FMCG industry.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the tea industry is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
