In this role, you'll be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. You'll work closely with our team of concierges, housekeeping staff, and other service providers to deliver seamless guest experiences. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
• Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other service teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction
• Assist in training and mentoring new staff to ensure consistent service quality
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and service requests using our in-house management system (Winbond HMS)
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
• Assist in inventory management and ordering for front desk supplies
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of service standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury or high-end property
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Winbond HMS, PMS) is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Valid ID and work permit for Bali, Indonesia
• Previous experience working in Bali or another tropical destination is a bonus
• Enthusiasm for luxury hospitality and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
