📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Provide strategic financial advice to support the company's growth and development.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and reports.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management roles.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficient in financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and standards.
