You will be part of a team that ensures every detail is taken care of, from daily room cleaning to maintaining common areas and public spaces.

In this role, you will use industry-standard cleaning tools and equipment such as Oreck, Bissell, and Swiffer machines, as well as high-quality cleaning supplies. Your daily tasks will include making beds, changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, and ensuring all rooms are spotless and ready for our guests' arrival. You will also be responsible for maintaining the resort's common areas, including lobbies, restaurants, and outdoor spaces.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily room cleaning and maintenance to ensure all rooms are spotless and ready for guest check-in.
• Use industry-standard cleaning tools and equipment, including Oreck, Bissell, and Swiffer machines.
• Change linens, make beds, and replace towels and bathroom amenities as needed.
• Vacuum, dust, and sanitize all areas of the resort, including common spaces and public areas.
• Follow strict cleaning protocols and maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure they are replenished as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and effectively.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for both staff and guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related role in the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with industry-standard cleaning tools and equipment, such as Oreck, Bissell, and Swiffer machines.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and effectively.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to stand, bend, lift, and reach as needed during cleaning tasks.
• Familiarity with basic maintenance tasks and the ability to follow cleaning protocols and guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
