📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Leading and managing a department, including setting goals, delegating tasks, and monitoring performance.

Ensuring that all department operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Contributing to the company's strategic planning and goals.

Building and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Managing the department's budget and resources.

Providing guidance and support to team members.

Representing the department at meetings and events.

Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in department management.

Proven track record of successful department leadership.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency in using office software and tools.

Familiarity with HR and payroll systems is a plus.
