Agung Rama Butik is looking for a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our logistics operations, ensuring that our products are delivered to customers efficiently and on time. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, implementation, and control of the logistics and transportation of goods to ensure timely and efficient delivery to customers.,Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to prevent shortages and overstocking.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Provide regular reports on logistics performance and recommend improvements.,Manage and mentor a team of logistics staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular audits of logistics operations to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards is a plus.,Ability to travel as needed for logistics operations.
