📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Reviewing financial statements and records to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Identifying areas for improvement in financial processes and recommending corrective actions.,Preparing audit reports and presenting findings to management and relevant stakeholders.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure the integrity of financial data and transactions.,Providing guidance and support to employees on financial reporting and compliance matters.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in using accounting software and audit tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
