📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and networks,Provide technical support to employees and users,Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware,Monitor and maintain system performance and security,Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives,Provide training and support to employees on IT systems and tools,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role,Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Familiarity with IT security best practices and procedures

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic knowledge of programming languages such as JavaPythonor C++Experience with IT support tools such as ServiceNowJiraor ZendeskFamiliarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or AzureExperience with network protocols and technologiesAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyStrong attention to detail and accuracy
