📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage daily cash handling operations, including deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.
• Oversee bank transactions and ensure timely processing of all financial documents.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare financial reports for management.
• Train and supervise junior cashiers and bank staff.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to cash and banking operations.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cash handling and banking operations.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using financial software and tools.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and financial laws.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian banking and financial systems.
