📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashiering operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Process financial transactions, including payments, refunds, and deposits.,Provide excellent customer service to clinic patients and visitors.,Monitor cash and inventory levels to prevent shortages or excesses.,Train and mentor junior cashiers to ensure high standards of service.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashiering or a related role.,Strong background in cash handling and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.,Proficiency in using cash register systems and point-of-sale software.,Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,High school diploma or equivalent.
