📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage graphic design projects from concept to completion.,Mentor and develop junior designers to enhance their skills and contribute to the team's success.,Create visually appealing and effective designs for print and digital media.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop cohesive brand strategies.,Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards.,Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.,Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.,Manage design workflows and deadlines to ensure timely project delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.,Proven experience in leading design teams and projects.,Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).,Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
