Tech Root Group is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Lead Internal Auditor to join our team in Cilegon. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the internal audit process, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing valuable insights to improve our operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of internal audits,Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies,Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans,Conduct risk assessments and evaluate internal controls,Lead and mentor junior auditors,Prepare and present audit findings to senior management,Maintain accurate and up-to-date audit documentation,Collaborate with other departments to address audit findings

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and auditing standards,Proficiency in using audit software and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards is a plus,Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CPA) is a plus
