📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify opportunities and trends.,Train and develop sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales activities.,Monitor and report on key sales metrics and KPIs.,Participate in sales promotions, events, and trade shows to increase brand visibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and healthcare industry is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
