🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field,Minimum of 10 years of experience in change management and operational risk,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing change initiatives,Strong understanding of operational risk management principles and practices,Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Knowledge of Indonesian regulatory environment and operational risk requirements,Experience in working in a multicultural and diverse environment
