Pollution Control Officer

KLT Fruits Inc. is seeking a dedicated Pollution Control Officer to join our team in Bali. This role is crucial in ensuring our operations align with environmental regulations and promote sustainable practices. You will work in vibrant regions like Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, contributing to a healthier environment while supporting our agricultural operations.

As a Pollution Control Officer at KLT Fruits Inc., you will be responsible for monitoring and managing environmental compliance, implementing pollution control measures, and ensuring that our activities meet the highest environmental standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and enforce environmental regulations to ensure compliance with local, national, and international standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address environmental hazards and pollution sources.
• Develop and implement pollution control measures and best practices to minimize environmental impact.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and stakeholders to ensure adherence to environmental laws and regulations.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on environmental best practices and pollution prevention.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on environmental performance and compliance status.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate environmental considerations into operational planning and decision-making.
• Stay updated on environmental regulations and industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement in environmental performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental compliance and pollution control.
• Certification in Environmental Management Systems (EMS) or similar relevant certifications.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards applicable to agricultural operations.
• Proficiency in using environmental monitoring and management software such as SAP EM or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with regulatory agencies and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with agricultural practices and their environmental impact is a plus.
