📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages.,Schedule appointments and manage the reception calendar.,Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Provide information about the company and its services.,Handle and resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
