📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Source and negotiate prices for goods and services to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Prepare and analyze purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide regular reports on purchasing activities to the management.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of purchasing strategies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
