Pro Bay Lestari is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and a proven track record of optimizing inventory processes. This role is remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Manage inventory levels and implement effective stock control systems.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage incoming and outgoing shipments.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.,Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities.,Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high performance standards.,Analyze warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management.,Proven experience in inventory management and control.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
