📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
  • Manage and train staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor and report on sales, expenses, and other key performance indicators.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Proven track record of successful restaurant operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.
  • Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Indonesian language proficiency is a plus.
