📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting.,Ensure compliance with all accounting and tax regulations, including preparing and filing tax returns.,Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure their accuracy and timeliness.,Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and other financial stakeholders.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to support the company's financial goals.,Provide strategic financial advice to support the company's growth and development.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, and tax, with a focus on the telecom industry.,Professional certification in accounting or finance (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA).,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting and tax regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Experience with financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
