📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Develop and implement financial strategies to improve the company's financial performance.,Monitor and manage the company's cash flow and liquidity.,Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.,Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management.,Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns and financial reports.,Manage and mentor junior finance staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
