📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all equipment and facilities.,Conduct inspections and diagnose equipment failures to ensure timely repairs.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.,Coordinate with vendors and contractors for equipment repairs and replacements.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Train and mentor junior maintenance technicians.,Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair work.,Proven experience in managing maintenance projects and teams.,Knowledge of safety regulations and standards.,Proficiency in using maintenance software and tools.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
