Salon Gita Mart is looking for an experienced Technical Writer to join our team. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to ensure that our documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly.

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure documentation accuracy,Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices,Review and edit technical content for clarity, consistency, and correctness,Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create user guides and tutorials,Provide technical support to customers through documentation and FAQs,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software (e.g., MadCap Flare, Confluence, etc.),Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
