📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of our employees.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with the HR team and department heads to ensure that training initiatives align with our company's goals.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to help them develop their skills and knowledge.,Maintain accurate records of training programs and participants.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee development plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
