🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in assessment and talent management.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing assessment tools and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of performance evaluation and feedback processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Teams is a plus.
