📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily cash transactions and ensure accurate bank reconciliations using QuickBooks or similar software.
• Monitor and optimize cash flow to maintain liquidity and support business operations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
• Maintain strong relationships with bankers and financial institutions to secure favorable terms and rates.
• Implement and monitor treasury policies and procedures to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed, ensuring smooth operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in cash and treasury management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cash and treasury management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in QuickBooks or similar financial software.
• Strong knowledge of banking and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
