You'll be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining Odoo modules, ensuring that our clients' systems are robust, scalable, and user-friendly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and customize Odoo ERP solutions to meet clients' specific business needs.
• Configure and maintain Odoo modules, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of the Odoo system.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate Odoo with other business systems.
• Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest Odoo releases and industry trends to recommend enhancements.
• Document all processes and procedures for future reference and training purposes.
• Participate in project management activities, ensuring timely delivery of projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as an Odoo Expert/Consultant, with a minimum of 3 years in the field.
• Certification in Odoo (e.g., Odoo Certified Developer, Odoo Certified Functional Consultant).
• Strong knowledge of Odoo modules such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, and HR.
• Experience with Python and JavaScript, as well as familiarity with PostgreSQL.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work part-time hours, with the ability to manage time effectively.
