As a Brand Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our marketing and sales initiatives, ensuring that our brand remains competitive and relevant in a rapidly evolving market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans that drive brand growth and customer engagement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to drive brand growth and customer engagement.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing and sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and develop data-driven strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer service, and finance, to align marketing and sales efforts with overall business objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing and sales initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and incorporate this knowledge into our marketing and sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance our brand's visibility and reputation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and sales, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media marketing tools.
• Proficient in using marketing and sales software, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
