📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling appointments and managing clinic staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including infection control and patient safety protocols.
• Maintain and update clinic records, including patient charts and treatment plans.
• Provide guidance and support to the dental team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to address concerns, provide training, and ensure adherence to clinic policies.
• Collaborate with the clinic management team to develop and implement new initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care and clinic operations.
• Ensure that all clinic equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stocked.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene, Dental Technology, or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a dental clinic or healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Proficient in using dental software and electronic health record systems, such as Dentrix or Practice Fusion.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including OSHA and HIPAA compliance.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
