📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the creation and coordination of M&E BIM models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct clash detection and resolution using Navisworks to identify and resolve conflicts between M&E systems and other building elements.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate M&E designs seamlessly into overall building projects.
• Develop and implement BIM standards and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Provide technical support and training to junior BIM modelers and project team members.
• Ensure timely delivery of BIM models and clash detection reports, meeting project deadlines and milestones.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to decision-making processes related to BIM implementation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM modeling, with a focus on M&E systems.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM software tools.
• Certification in BIM (e.g., BIM Manager, BIM Coordinator) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of M&E systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality BIM models and clash detection.
