📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement innovative merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and sales performance.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock rotation to maintain product freshness and availability.
• Collaborate with retail partners to design and execute in-store displays that align with our brand identity and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for merchandising improvements.
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of retail assets, including fixtures, equipment, and point-of-sale materials.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of retail environments to ensure compliance with company standards and best practices.
• Train and mentor retail staff on merchandising techniques and product knowledge.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retail merchandising and asset management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising and asset management, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful merchandising strategies.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales performance analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using merchandising software, such as Retail Pro, Visual Merchandiser, or similar tools.
• Certification in retail merchandising or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with the retail environment in Bali and a passion for the local market is desirable.
