📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Greet and assist guests and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages efficiently.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar.
- Provide information about the company and its services to guests and visitors.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is a plus.
